南水北调东线现状工程包括江都水利枢纽、淮安站、泗阳站及其配套工程,其受益范围包括里下河自流引江灌区和洪泽湖灌区。里下河自流引江灌区包括里下河腹部圩区及沿射阳河两岸、斗北地区及盐城地区的斗南部分等,耕地1105万亩。洪泽湖灌区又分为沿运沿总渠灌区、沿湖灌区和二河灌区。其中沿运沿总渠灌区耕地约422万亩,沿湖灌区包括洪泽湖(北至沙集站)、沿入江水道灌区和安徽省沿洪泽湖的部分灌区,该区耕地面积约456万亩。二河灌区包括淮沭新河、盐河、废黄河沿线的灌区,总耕地面积约942万亩。
The status quo of the East Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project includes the Jiangdu Water Control Project, Huaian Station, Siyang Station and its ancillary works. The beneficiaries include the Lixiahe gravity river and the Hongzehu Irrigation District. Lixiahe gravity river water diversion area including the belly of the Lixiahe River and along the Sheyang River, Doubei and Yancheng Dounan part of the arable land of 11.05 million mu. Hongze Lake Irrigation District is divided into along the canal along the canal irrigation area, irrigation along the lake and the Irrigation District.
