品德课程旨在促进学生良好品德形成和社会性发展,培养学生的情感、知识、能力,为孩子们成为具有爱心、责任心、良好行为习惯和个性品质的社会主义公民奠定基础。而品德课程学业评价是指“以德育教学目标为依据,运用恰当的、有效的工具和途径,系统地收集学生在品德学科教学影响下认知行为上的变化信息和证据,并对学生的知识和能力水平进行价值判断的过程”。
