目的探讨血小板膜蛋白结构改变在老年慢性肺心病患者致病中的作用。方法用三色全血流式细胞术测定36例老年慢性肺心病患者外周血中血小板膜蛋白GPⅡbⅢ/a、GMP-140的表达水平,并与28例老年健康对照者及28例非老年健康对照者比较。用超声心动图检测慢性肺心病患者肺动脉收缩压。结果老年慢性肺心病GPⅡbⅢ/a、GMP-140的表达均明显高于老年健康对照组及非老年健康对照组(均P<0.001),并与肺动脉收缩压呈正相关。老年健康对照组GPⅡbⅢ/a、GMP-140阳性表达率亦高于非老年健康对照组(P<0.05)。老年慢性肺心病患者GPⅡbⅢ/a的变化与GMP-140之间有显著的正相关(r=0.75;P<0.001)。结论老年慢性肺心病膜蛋白结构发生改变且血小板显著活化,其活化程度与肺动脉高压关系密切。
Objective To investigate the role of platelet membrane protein structure in the pathogenesis of senile chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods The platelet membrane protein GPⅡbⅢ / a and GMP-140 levels in peripheral blood of 36 elderly patients with chronic cor pulmonale were determined by tricolor whole blood flow cytometry and compared with 28 elderly healthy controls and 28 non-elderly healthy controls Compare. Pulmonary Artery Systolic Pressure in Patients with Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease by Echocardiography. Results The expressions of GPⅡbⅢ / a and GMP-140 in elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease were significantly higher than those in healthy controls and non-elderly controls (all P <0.001), and were positively correlated with pulmonary artery systolic pressure. The positive expression rates of GPⅡbⅢ / a and GMP-140 in elderly healthy control group were also higher than those in non-elderly healthy control group (P <0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between GPⅡbⅢ / a and GMP-140 in elderly patients with chronic cor pulmonale (r = 0.75; P <0.001). Conclusion The structure of membrane proteins in aged patients with chronic cor pulmonale changes and the platelets are significantly activated. The degree of activation is closely related to the pulmonary hypertension.
