应用自制睾丸测量仪对93名男子作睾丸质地及大小测定,结果表明,正常对照组右侧睾丸大于左侧,右侧质地较左侧硬;原发性不育组两侧睾丸比对照组同侧显著小,质地软;精索静脉曲张组患侧睾丸较健侧明显软而小;原发性不育组精子数及活动率均较对照组低;经测定睾丸小、质地软者均无生殖能力。此项检查可给临床诊断原发性不育症提供重要的参考价值。
The testicles of 93 men were made of testicular texture and size by using self-made testicular measuring instrument.
