针对单螺杆泵的使用情况和双线螺杆本身的特点, 分析了几种加工方法, 在说明双线螺杆铣削加工中存在的问题后, 提出了采用数控车削加工方法。根据双线螺杆成形面的形成方法, 利用一种可调的正弦机构和工件截面形状的映射关系可完成工件截面的车削。试验结果表明, 数控车削的双线螺杆, 无截面曲线衔接问题, 型线控制也较好, 且不存在干涉现象。对用于加工单头螺杆的普通车床进行改造后, 也可加工双线螺杆。
According to the usage of single screw pump and the characteristics of double screw itself, several processing methods are analyzed. After the problems existing in double screw milling are explained, a CNC turning method is proposed. According to the forming method of double-thread screw forming surface, the turning of workpiece cross-section can be finished by using the mapping relationship between an adjustable sine mechanism and the cross-sectional shape of the workpiece. The test results show that the double-thread screw of NC turning has no problem of cross-section curve connection and good profile control, and there is no interference phenomenon. After the transformation of ordinary lathes used for machining single-head screws, double-line screws can also be machined.
