糖尿病性视网膜病变、年龄相关性黄斑变性、中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜病变等许多眼部疾病的共同特征是视网膜或视网膜下新生血管。色素上皮衍生因子(PEDF)是近年来发现的能有效抑制新生血管形成的因子,与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)等一起控制了新生血管的发生过程。PEDF有抑制新生血管、营养神经、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡等作用。本文主要综述其上调下调规律、其作用的研究现况及应用前景。
A common feature of many ocular diseases, such as diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, central exudative chorioretinopathy, is retinal or subretinal neovascularization. Pigment epithelial derived factor (PEDF) is a factor that has been found in recent years to effectively inhibit neovascularization and controls the process of neovascularization together with vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). PEDF can inhibit angiogenesis, nourishment nerves, induce tumor cell apoptosis and so on. This article mainly summarizes its research on the law of raising and lowering, its role in research and application prospects.
