电力工业部水电站自动化考察组于1979年11月至12月赴美国考察一个月,考察的重点是哥伦比亚河流域的大型水电站和梯级水电站自动化。笔者参加了这个考察组。现将我们对哥伦比亚河水电站自动化的一些粗略看法和体会介绍如下。
The hydropower station inspection team of the Ministry of Electric Power Industry visited the United States from November to December 1979 for a month and focused on the automation of large-scale and cascade hydropower stations in the Columbia River Basin. I participated in this study group. Here are some of the rough ideas and experiences we have with the automation of the Columbia River Hydropower Station.
