选用对烯丙氧基苯甲酸胆固醇酯(ACB)/甲基丙烯酸β-羟乙酯(HEMA)/液晶(LC)/光引发剂(IRG-651)/玻璃微珠(SP-220)复合体系,在紫外光照射下制备了聚合物分散液晶(PDLC)薄膜.结果表明:虽然ACB没有参与聚合,但却明显地提高了PDLC薄膜的对比度.在紫外光(365.0 nm)辐照度为15.0 mW·cm-2、照射温度为303.2 K、照射时间为10.0 min的条件下,ACB/HEMA/LC/IRG-651/SP-220的比例(质量分数)为6.2%/18.5%/74.0%/0.3%/1.0%时,所制备的PDLC薄膜具有高对比度和较佳的电-光性能.
A series of complex systems of cholesteryl acrylate allyl oxybenzoate (ACB) / β-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) / liquid crystal (LC) / photoinitiator (IRG-651) (PDLC) films were prepared under UV irradiation.The results showed that although ACB did not participate in the polymerization, the contrast of PDLC films was significantly improved.When the UV light (365.0 nm) irradiance was 15.0 mW The mass fraction of ACB / HEMA / LC / IRG-651 / SP-220 was 6.2% / 18.5% / 74.0% / 0.3 at the irradiation temperature of 303.2 K and the irradiation time of 10.0 min. % / 1.0%, the prepared PDLC film has high contrast and better electro-optic properties.
