针对国际油价大幅上涨、油品市场供应趋紧的实际情况,去年11月和今年2月国家先后两次调整了国内成品油价格。2月份以后,国际市场原油价格继续攀升,达到10年来的最高点,国内炼油企业成本增加,部分地区汽、柴油紧张,市场零售价格突破政府指导价上限,为此,国家发展计划委员会决定从5月5日起全国成品油零售中准价格适当上凋。这次成品油零售中准价调整的幅度分别是:汽油每吨上调240元,柴油每吨上调210元,航空煤油每吨上调230元。北京,上海、广东等省市从5月5日起成品油价格已分别上调,如北京市90号无铅汽油每公升零售价调整为2.47元,93号无铅汽油调整为2.67元,0号柴油从2.31元调整为2.50元。
