目的:通过测黄芪甲苷含量制定黄芪生脉饮定量控制方法。方法:通过HPLC-ELSD法测定黄芪生脉饮中黄芪甲苷的含量对进样量加以分析。结果:黄芪甲苷进样量在0.495~7.135μg范围可与峰面积呈现最佳线性关系,平均会规率为96.59%,RSD=1.65%。结论:HPLC-ELSD法测定黄芪生脉饮中黄芪甲苷含量方法简单且重现性较好,可控制黄芪生脉饮的质量。
Objective: To determine the method of quantitative control of Astragalus Shengmai Yin by measuring the content of astragaloside Ⅳ. Methods: The content of astragaloside in Huangqi Shengmai Yin was determined by HPLC-ELSD. Results: Astragaloside IV showed the best linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.495-7.135 μg with the average of 96.59% and RSD of 1.65%. Conclusion: HPLC-ELSD method for determination of astragaloside IV in Astragalus Sheng Mai Yin is simple and reproducible. It can control the quality of Astragalus Sheng Mai Yin.
