目的:分析根管与冠修复对于隐裂牙性牙髓病患者的治疗效果。方法:采用我院口腔科2012.12-2015.1治疗的106例隐裂牙合并牙髓病患者资料进行分析,分为同步组、常规组。结果:同步组总有效率为91.18%,常规组为78.26%,同步组显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:根管与冠修复同步治疗方案可有效改善牙髓病治疗效果。
Objective: To analyze the curative effect of root canal and crown restoration on patients with latent dental pulp disease. Methods: The data of 106 patients with occult dental and endodontic pulp treated by Department of Stomatology, 2012.12-2015.1 were analyzed and divided into two groups: synchronous group and conventional group. Results: The total effective rate was 91.18% in the synchronous group and 78.26% in the conventional group, significantly higher than that in the conventional group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The simultaneous treatment of root canal and crown repair can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of endodontic disease.
