通过Ames实验探讨6种橡胶添加剂对沙门菌两种突变类型(移码型:TA97、TA98;碱基置换型:TA100、TA102)的回复突变作用来间接推断其基因突变作用。将多元回归分析应用于Ames实验有助于认识化合物的联合毒作用的影响。6种橡胶添加剂除单一试验外,分别进行2等份、3等份、6等份混合,将混合物与单项化合物分别进行回归分析。结果ZDS对TA97(+S9)为移码突变型致突变物质。ZDC和ZDC+NOBS;ZDC+SPC+NOBS;ZDC+SPC+D+H+NA22+NOBS3组混合物对TA102菌株(—S9或+s9)为碱基置换型间接致突变物质。本
The effects of six kinds of rubber additives on the mutation of two kinds of Salmonella (shift pattern: TA97, TA98; base substitution patterns: TA100, TA102) were investigated by Ames test to infer the gene mutation indirectly. Applying multivariate regression analysis to Ames experiments helps to understand the effects of the combined toxic effects of the compounds. 6 kinds of rubber additives except for a single test, respectively, 2 equal parts, 3 equal parts, 6 equal parts, the mixture and individual compounds were analyzed separately. Results ZDS to TA97 (+ S9) is a frameshift mutant mutagenic substance.
