针对数控铣削加工工艺的复杂特点,笔者以卧式加工中心DMC60H为研究平台,对航空发动机中铝合金壳体类液压零件的加工工艺数据进行了合理采集,建立了适合机械制造企业使用的数控铣削参数管理系统,实现了快速合理地选取数控加工铣削参数。应用结果表明,数控铣削参数管理系统可实现对数控铣削加工工艺信息的有效管理,提高了数控铣削加工工艺信息的使用效率,对数控铣削加工的生产和制造企业的发展具有一定的推动作用。
In view of the complicated characteristics of CNC milling process, the author has taken a horizontal machining center DMC60H as a research platform to conduct a reasonable acquisition of processing technology data of aluminum alloy shell hydraulic components in aeroengine, and established a numerical control milling machine suitable for use by a machinery manufacturing enterprise Parameter management system, to achieve a quick and reasonable selection of CNC milling parameters. The application results show that the CNC milling parameter management system can effectively manage the CNC milling process information and improve the using efficiency of CNC milling process information, which has a certain impetus to the production of CNC milling and the development of manufacturing enterprises.
