近期,笔者一直在思考一个问题:为何试卷讲评教学研修活动效果不理想?仔细分析不难发现,大部分参与者仅带着眼和耳来参加活动。研修过程中,他们只看(讲评教学示范)和听(教学点评与专题讲座),缺少思(反思授课者的做法、专家讲座的观点)与做(结合研修成果开展教学实践)。于是,参与者虽然对讲评教学、教学点评、专题讲座中不少亮点内容很是赞同,但因未进行深度思考、缺乏后续行动跟进,难于将优秀经验内化为自己的
Recently, I have been pondering a question: why papers review teaching and learning activities are not effective? Careful analysis is not difficult to find, most of the participants with only eyes and ears to participate in activities. In the course of the training, they only look at (demonstration of teaching and learning) and listening (teaching reviews and lectures), lack of thinking (reflections on the practices of lecturers, lectures of experts) and doing (teaching practice in combination with the results of training). As a result, although participants did agree with many of the highlights in teaching reviews, teaching reviews and lectures, it was difficult to internalize their excellent experiences without further thought and follow-up action
