一、设计考虑根据前人的工作,对于适合于一般工作的自动显微镜系统,应有不低于2象元/秒的采样密度,不低于8比特(2~8=256级)的亮度分辨率,不低于2×10~6象元/秒的数据获取率。另外,为解决视场的边缘效应产生的视场损失,我们采用有2mm视场的广视野透视。广视野透镜对细胞图象获取率的影响不于图1中。我们假定象元扫描率为5×10~6象元/秒,采样密度接近2象元/μ。
First, the design considerations According to previous work, for automatic microscopy system suitable for general work, there should be not less than 2 pixels / second sampling density, not less than 8 bits (2 ~ 8 = 256) resolution of the brightness Rate, not less than 2 × 10 ~ 6 pixels / sec data acquisition rate. In addition, in order to solve the visual field loss caused by the edge effect of the field of view, we adopt a wide field of view with a 2mm field of view.
