为探索核桃高产高效的栽培模式,对辽宁1号进行了输液滴干葡萄糖、蔗糖试验。结果表明:输液滴干400 mg/L葡萄糖、400 mg/L蔗糖处理核桃百叶重、百叶厚、叶面积、叶片SPAD值均高于对照,其中叶片百叶重分别较对照提高了15.75%、14.66%;叶片可溶性糖含量显著高于对照,分别较对照提高了22.11%、8.22%;叶片叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo、ETR、q P均高于对照,其中Fv/Fo分别较对照提高了12.44%、16.58%,ETR分别较对照提高了88.89%、51.56%;新梢长度均显著高于对照,分别较对照提高了8.20%、7.49%;枝条可溶性糖含量显著高于对照,分别较对照提高了26.82%、22.14%;核仁总糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、粗脂肪含量、出仁率均显著高于对照。输液滴干葡萄糖、蔗糖对促进核桃树生长、改善果实品质效果显著。
