近几年来,我国邮电部门积极采取了“一业为主,多种经营”的方针,多种经营企业得到了迅猛的发展。事实证明:它已成为邮电通信业的重要组成部分,对邮电企业更好地走向市场,开辟新的经营途径,安排富余职工就业,提高邮电经济效益和社会效益等发挥着重要的作用。基于此,笔者就如何推进邮电多种经营企业股份合作制这一论题,作如下思考:
In recent years, China’s post and telecommunications departments have taken the principle of “focusing on one industry and diversified operations” and diversified enterprises have enjoyed rapid development. Facts have proved that it has become an important component of the post and telecommunications industry and plays an important role in getting the postal and telecommunications enterprises to better market, opening up new business channels, arranging the employment of surplus workers, and enhancing the postal and telecommunications economic and social benefits. Based on this, the author on how to promote joint stock cooperative system of Posts and Telecommunications diversified business this issue, as follows:
