Today's office only considers providing space for the majority of people to work together, and the lack of privacy becomes the first complaint most office workers make on the workplace. Steelcase's research shows that the physical work environment has a strong impact on employees' well-being and engagement. When Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer called on employees to “go back to the office”, her policy made many speculations about her true intentions.
