用机械合金化方法 ,制备了具有fcc结构的FexCu10 0 -x(x =1 7,50 )固溶体 ,用X射线衍射法确定了Fe17Cu83及Fe50 Cu50 合金化过程中fcc相晶格常数随球磨时间的变化规律 .用固体与分子经验电子理论计算了Fe17Cu83及Fe50 Cu50 的价电子结构 ,并在此基础上分析了这两种固溶体原子状态的变化
The solid solution of FexCu10 0-x (x = 1 7,50) with fcc structure was prepared by mechanical alloying. The lattice constants of fcc phase during Fe17Cu83 and Fe50Cu50 alloying were determined by X-ray diffraction. The electronic structure of Fe17Cu83 and Fe50Cu50 have been calculated by using the empirical electron theory of solid and molecule. Based on this, the change of atomic states between the two solid solutions has been analyzed
