[Case Review] January 30, 2013, Wang operated in the Lee Building Commercial Firm bought a gas water heater (not equipped with exhaust pipe), the price of 1,000 yuan. On January 31 of the same year, Lee arranged two workers (no qualified technician qualification) to install Wang’s home. The two installed the water heater in the kitchen next to the bathroom but did not install the exhaust pipe. The same year the evening of February 2, Wang at home using the gas water heater bath, home window closed, Wang physical discomfort that night. The next morning at seven o’clock, Wang’s husband came home from work and found the door locked, no one knocked on the door and found vomit on the living room floor, Wang wearing thermal underwear sitting in the kitchen tight
