文化创意产业核心人才的流失是文化创新产业进入结构性调整时期的一个阶段性现象,核心人才的流失会进一步加大文化产业结构性调整的难度。文化创意产业人才流失包括行业内流失和行业外流失两种途径。这两种人才流失途径都会对文化创意产业和文化企业带来不利的影响。国有人才政策的不完善、文化企业内部人才制度的不合理、家庭及核心人才个人的短期行为等是文化创意产业核心人才流失的重要原因。为了有效解决核心人才流失问题,文化企业需要从激励和保健两方面入手,优化绩效考评制度,建立完善的人才保健制度。
The loss of core talents in cultural and creative industries is a stage phenomenon during the period of structural adjustment of cultural and creative industries. The loss of core talents will further increase the difficulty of structural adjustment of cultural industries. Cultural and creative industries, including the loss of brain drain within the industry and outside the industry in two ways. Both ways of brain drain will have a negative impact on cultural and creative industries and cultural enterprises. The imperfect state-owned talent policy, the unreasonable talent system of cultural enterprises, the short-term behavior of family and core talents are the important reasons for the loss of core talents in cultural and creative industries. In order to effectively solve the problem of core brain drain, cultural enterprises need to start from the two aspects of encouragement and health care, optimize the performance appraisal system, and establish and perfect a talent health care system.
