高等职业教育是一种面向社会生产一线的实践技能型教育,因而有别于普通高等教育。高职教师与普通高校教师存在着诸多差异,其专业发展不可同一而论。在高职教师管理中,教师是学校发展的主体,因此学校管理应坚持以人为本,确立高职教师在管理中的主体地位,实行人本化的管理,为教师专业发展创造条件。除了学校因素外,教师个体自主发展的意愿和方向,也是促进教师专业发展的重要方面,只有两者结合起来,才能达到教师专业化的理想境界。
Higher vocational education is a kind of practical skill-oriented education oriented to the social production field, which is different from ordinary higher education.
