现阶段我国装备制造业企业,生产过程智能化程度低,生产设备智能化程度低,面对国家提出的实现制造强国的战略目标,生产企业表现出后劲不足,普遍面临着向智能工厂转型升级的任务。智能工厂生产模式较传统制造业具有质量高、效率高、能耗低、灵活性强等优势,同时更加绿色、环保。目前,世界范围内智能制造日益成为未来制造业发展的核心内容,《中国制造2025》的提出,正是顺应世界工业发展的方向,顺应“互联网+”的发展趋势,利用先进的互联网技术,将信息化与工业化进行深度的融合,为装备制造业向智能工厂转型指明了方向。
