为了解湖南地区城乡住宅室内热环境状况,本课题组于2013年冬夏季在湖南长沙市区和农村各选取了几栋具有代表性的住宅,分别测试室内外空气温度和湿度,并以问卷调查方式对农村和城市住宅室内热舒适度进行调查分析。测试结果表明,长沙地区具有夏热冬冷、全年潮湿的气候特征;城市住宅夏季室外温度最高值为40.0℃,高于农村住宅1.9℃,冬季室外最低温度为0.3℃,高于农村住宅1.8℃。农村住宅冬夏室内热环境一层好于二层,室内温度全年低于城市住宅,室内湿度高于城市住宅,常年在60%~85%之间,但当地居民普遍比较适应。最后,结合城乡住宅的特点,对该地区住宅室内热环境的改善提出了建设性意见。
In order to understand the indoor thermal environment in urban and rural residential areas in Hunan Province, the project team selected several representative residential buildings in urban and rural areas of Hunan Province in winter and summer of 2013 to test the indoor and outdoor air temperature and humidity respectively. The questionnaire Ways to investigate the indoor thermal comfort in rural and urban residential areas. The results show that the climate in Changsha is hot in summer and cold in summer and humid in the whole year. The highest summer outdoor temperature is 40.0 ℃ in urban area, 1.9 ℃ higher than rural residential area and 0.3 ℃ in winter, which is higher than rural residential area 1.8 ℃. The indoor and outdoor temperature in rural residential buildings is better than that in the second floor. The indoor temperature is lower than urban residential buildings throughout the year. The indoor humidity is higher than that of urban residential buildings, and is 60% -85% all the year round. However, local residents are generally more comfortable. Finally, combined with the characteristics of urban and rural housing, the improvement of indoor thermal environment in the area put forward constructive suggestions.
