[目的]探讨活化白细胞黏附分子(ALCAM)基因在原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)中表达的特征及其临床意义。[方法]应用RT-PCR及免疫组化Elivision法检测ALCAM基因在42例肝癌组织及相应42例癌旁组织中的表达,分析其与HCC临床病理特征的相关性。[结果]RT-PCR显示HCC中ALCAMmRNA水平显著高于癌旁组织,Elivision法显示HCC中ALCAM蛋白的表达较癌旁组织明显升高,ALCAMmRNA表达水平及ALCAM表达与HCC组织分化程度及肝内转移有关,与患者性别、HBsAg状态、术前AFP水平、肿瘤包膜、肿瘤大小、癌肿数目无关。[结论]HCC中ALCAM基因的表达能促进HCC的发生、发展和转移,可作为判断HCC恶性程度、评价预后的指标。
[Objective] To investigate the expression and clinical significance of activated leukocyte adhesion molecule (ALCAM) gene in primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). [Methods] The expression of ALCAM gene in 42 HCC tissues and corresponding paracancerous tissues was detected by RT-PCR and Elivision immunohistochemistry, and its correlation with the clinicopathological features of HCC was analyzed. [Results] RT-PCR showed that the level of ALCAM mRNA in HCC was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues. Elivision showed that the expression of ALCAM in HCC was significantly higher than that in paracancer tissues. The expression of ALCAM mRNA, the expression of ALCAM and the degree of HCC differentiation and intrahepatic metastasis Related, with the patient’s gender, HBsAg status, preoperative AFP levels, tumor envelope, tumor size, the number of cancer has nothing to do. [Conclusion] The expression of ALCAM gene in HCC can promote the occurrence, development and metastasis of HCC, which can be used as an index to judge the malignant degree of HCC and evaluate the prognosis.
