Mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSNs) is a new type of inorganic nanomaterials. It has been used in drug control because of its unique network pore structure, large specific surface area, narrow pore size distribution, and adjustable and easy surface modification. Research on the release system. The drug loading of MSNs carrier is related to its mesopore volume, and its surface can be modified to achieve controlled release and targeted delivery of drugs. However, as the MSNs carrier has more chance and time to contact with the human body, its security is also widely concerned. In this paper, we summarize the application of MSNs in the delivery system based on the relevant literature in the past 10 years, and analyze the influencing factors of its biosafety.
