为了研究大蒜素对急性心肌缺血兔血浆内皮素(ET)和一氧化氮(NO)的影响。3组健康家兔分别给予生理盐水、生理盐水加消心痛,生理盐水加大蒜素片灌胃10天,然后结扎其左冠状动脉前降支,于不同时相同步采血测量其ET和NO水平变化。结果结扎前消心痛组和大蒜素片组家免的ET水平均低于空白组(P<0.01和 P<0.001),而NO水平则均显著高于空白组(P<0.001),在结扎后和再灌注后的各时相,两组的ET升高的差值和NO下降的差值均小于空白组。表明家兔心肌缺血时和缺血再灌注后存在血管内皮功能失凋,此时ET增多,NO减少,而大蒜素片能通过调整ET和NO的平衡而改善其血管内皮功能。
To study the effect of garlicin on plasma endothelin (ET) and nitric oxide (NO) in rabbits with acute myocardial ischemia. Three groups of healthy rabbits were given normal saline, normal saline and isosorbide dinitrate, normal saline and allicin tablets were given for 10 days, and then the left anterior descending coronary artery was ligated. Simultaneous blood sampling at different time points was used to measure changes in ET and NO levels. . Results The ET levels in the homeostasis group and allicin tablet group before ligation were lower than those in the blank group (P<0.01 and P<0.001), and the NO level was significantly higher than that in the blank group (P<0.001) after ligation. At each time point after reperfusion, the differences in the difference in ET elevation and the drop in NO between the two groups were smaller than those in the blank group. It was shown that there was vascular endothelial dysfunction in myocardial ischemia and reperfusion in rabbits. At this time, ET increased and NO decreased. Garlicin tablets could improve vascular endothelial function by adjusting the balance of ET and NO.
