目的 探讨喉、气管的 CT仿真内窥镜 (CTVE)成像技术及其初步的临床应用。方法 本组 17例中 ,喉部 9例 ,气管、支气管 6例 ,鼻咽部 2例 ;全部病例经临床随访或手术、纤维镜病理证实。采用西门子 SOMATOM PL US-4 L ightning型螺旋 CT机进行扫描 ,获取优质的二维图像 ,传送至工作站进行 3D的图像处理 ,再应用飞越 (flythrough)功能获得 CTVE图像。结果 本组病例 CTVE图像能清楚显示喉、气道、咽部的腔内结构 ,显示病变的部位、轮廓 ,较大的病灶可很好显示出呈分叶状改变。配合横断 CT扫描综合分析 ,可很好作出诊断。结论 CTVE是纤维喉镜一种有力的补充手段
Objective To explore the CT and CT imaging of throat and trachea and its preliminary clinical application. Methods The group of 17 cases, 9 cases of throat, trachea, bronchi in 6 cases, 2 cases of nasopharyngeal; all cases were clinically followed up or surgery, fibroscopy confirmed by pathology. Scanned by Siemens SOMATOM PL US-4 Lightning Spiral CT Machine to obtain high-quality 2D images, sent to the workstation for 3D image processing, and then applied the flythrough function to obtain CTVE images. Results CTVE images of this group of patients can clearly show the lumen structure of larynx, airway and pharynx. It shows that the lesion, outline and larger lesion can show lobular change well. Combined with cross-sectional CT scan comprehensive analysis, can make a good diagnosis. Conclusion CTVE is a powerful supplement to fiber laryngoscope
