目的探讨研究选择个别托盘在Kennedy Ⅰ类牙列缺损患者中的应用效果。方法选择在河北北方学院附属第一医院口腔科2014年10月~2016年9月就诊的65例Kennedy Ⅰ类牙列缺损患者展开研究。按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(32例)和观察组(33例)。对照组采用普通托盘制作印模,观察组采用个别托盘制作印模。患者佩戴义齿1周后复检,评价患者戴用义齿前后的咀嚼效能和义齿的固位力;1个月后随访患者戴用义齿的满意度。结果两组患者戴用义齿前咀嚼效能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);戴用义齿后两组咀嚼效能均明显提高,且观察组咀嚼效能高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组固位力明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组在语音和舒适度方面的满意度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);但在美观方面两组的满意度评分方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论利用个别托盘对Kennedy Ⅰ类牙列缺损患者进行印模制取,可以加强可摘局部义齿的咀嚼效能和固位力,语音能力恢复良好,舒适度得到保证,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To study the effect of selecting individual trays in Kennedy Ⅰ dentition defect patients. Methods A total of 65 Kennedy Ⅰ dentition defect patients who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University from October 2014 to September 2016 were enrolled in this study. Patients were divided into control group (32 cases) and observation group (33 cases) according to random number table method. Control group using ordinary tray making impression, the observation group using individual tray making impression. Patients were wearing dentures 1 week after the re-examination, evaluation of patients wearing dentures before and after the denture masticatory efficacy and retention; 1-month follow-up patients wearing dentures satisfaction. Results There was no significant difference in chewing efficiency between the two groups before wearing denture (P> 0.05). The chewing performance of the two groups was significantly improved after wearing denture, and the chewing efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The retention of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of satisfaction of the observation group in voice and comfort were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). However, there was no significant difference in satisfaction between the two groups in terms of appearance (P> 0.05). Conclusion The use of individual trays for Kennedy Ⅰ dentition defect in patients with impression preparation, can enhance the removable partial dentures masticatory performance and retention, voice good recovery, comfort is guaranteed, it is widely used in clinical.
