我们用放免法(RIA)测定了47例慢性肾功能不全、35例维持血透、25例肾移植患者血中内源性洋地黄物质(EDLS)水平。结果显示:随着肾功能的降低,血中EDLS水平升高。EDLS与内生肌酐清除率呈负相关,r=-0.638,p<0.001。认为EDLS浓度升高产生对钠-钾-三磷酸腺苷酶(Na-K-ATP酶)的抑制在慢性肾功能不全发病过程中具有重要意义,血透可使EDLS水平降低。当移植肾功能正常后,EDLS水平降至正常。EDLS与肾性高血压的关系尚不明确。
We used radioimmunoassay (RIA) to determine the levels of endogenous digitalis (EDLS) in 47 patients with chronic renal insufficiency and 35 with hemodialysis and 25 with renal transplant recipients. The results showed that: With the reduction of renal function, blood EDLS levels increased. EDLS and endogenous creatinine clearance rate was negatively correlated, r = -0.638, p <0.001. It is believed that the inhibition of sodium-potassium-ATPase (Na-K-ATPase) in the setting of EDLS concentration is of great significance in the pathogenesis of chronic renal failure, and hemodialysis may reduce the level of EDLS. When normal renal graft function, EDLS levels dropped to normal. The relationship between EDLS and renal hypertension is not clear.
