我厂一台垂直轴圆台平面磨床,加工发动机凋整盘平面时,多次发生质量问题,光洁度下降,并发生工作台传动齿轮箱轴承研碎,卡死工作台的现象。经现场拆卸检查,发现工作台传动齿轮箱内混有冷却液,润滑油污染严重。传动轴上的单列圆锥滚子轴承保持架破裂成碎片,滚柱松散。在二十倍的放大镜下观察,发现轴承内外环滚道上有棕黄色的环带,在环带上出现一段烧伤,痕迹较宽。轴承内环滚道上还有几道圆滑的凹坑,不象疲劳剥落的痕迹。内外环滚道稍外侧有一圈轻微而不均匀的粗糙痕迹并附有红色和棕黄色的残留物,在残留物中有磨损下来的金属粉末。轴承表面也有红色和黑色的干金属粉末。根据以上资料分析如下: 1. 单列圆锥滚子轴承的保持架破碎,滚柱松散。

Observed under a magnifying glass of twenty times and found that the bearing inner and outer ring raceway with a yellowish ring, a band of burns in the ring, traces of wide. There are a few sleek pits on the bearing inner ring raceway, unlike the traces of fatigue spalling. The outer and inner raceways have a slight, uneven, rough mark on the outer side of the raceway, with red and brown residues, and metal particles worn down in the residue. Bearing surface also has red and black dry metal powder. According to the above information analysis is as follows: 1. Single row tapered roller bearing cage broken, loose rollers.
