长期以来生产单位使用的催化法测碘工作曲线实际上不是直线,即碘的含量与反应指示物浓度之间不呈线性关系。这一事实早被人们关注,关于它的校正工作,近几年来虽有一些报导,也取得较好的结果,但都存在着问题:物理意义不够明确,有的使用有局限性等,因而不够理想。本文从动力学基础出发,导出另一种处理曲线方法,该方法使用简便,线性关系良好,可通用于催化一光度法与催化一滴定法。使用结果令人满意。
For a long time the unit of production using the catalytic method of measuring iodine is not actually a straight line, that is, the content of iodine and reaction indicator concentration is not linear. This fact has long been concerned by people. Although there have been some reports and good results regarding its rectification work in recent years, there are still problems: the physical meaning is not clear enough, some are used in a limited way, and are not enough ideal. In this paper, based on the kinetic basis, another method of processing curve is derived. The method is simple to use and has good linearity. It can be used universally in catalytic monochromatography and catalytic one-titration. Satisfactory results.
