2008年3月31日,国土资源部关于印发《全国地质勘查规划》的通知正式下发,标志着我国首部《全国地质勘查规划》正式发布实施。《规划》提出了地质勘查总体发展目标,是指导地质勘查工作发展的重要文件,将作为依法管理和监督全国地质勘查活动的重要依据。编制和实施《全国地质勘查规划》,是落实《国务院关于加强地质工作的决定》的重大举措,对于切实加强地质工作,不断增强对全面建设小康社会的资源保障和基础支撑能力,具有十分重要的意义。本刊将对《规划》全文进行连载。
On March 31, 2008, the circular on the issuance of the “National Geological Prospecting Plan” issued by the Ministry of Land and Resources was officially issued, marking the official promulgation and implementation of the first “National Geological Prospecting Plan” in our country. The Plan sets forth the overall development goal of geological prospecting and is an important document that guides the development of geological prospecting and will serve as an important basis for managing and supervising the nationwide geological prospecting activities according to law. The preparation and implementation of the “National Geological Prospecting Plan” is a major measure for implementing the “State Council Decision on Strengthening Geological Work”. It is of great importance to effectively strengthen geological work and continuously enhance resource support and basic support for building an overall well-to-do society significance.
