以L/D=10的镗刀杆为研究对象,采用有限元分析方法,借助ANSYS软件工具,用单因素分析法,进行了加工中切削用量的三要素即切削速度、进给量、背吃刀量变化时细长刀杆的静力学分析和模态分析,分析了刀杆的最大变形量和最大应力与各因素间的变化规律;进行了夹紧状态下镗刀杆的前10阶模态分析,得到模态频率和振型。总结了其中影响加工质量的主要因素和切削用量选择时应注意的问题,对切削参数的选择和刀杆的结构设计方法进行了研究。
