应用日本大耳白兔复制输精管结扎动物模型,分为输精管结扎6、25月组(VG6,VG25)和假手术6、25月组(SOG6,SOG25),重点观察输精管结扎后血浆睾酮、睾丸雄激素受体(AR)和雄激素结合蛋白(ABP)的变化.结果发现:输精管结扎6月血浆睾酮含量明显降低,LH水平明显升高(P<0.05),VG25的测定结果与对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05);输精管结扎对睾丸AR和ABP的亲和力无影响,担VG6AR和ABP的最大结合容量增加.上述结果表明,结扎早期AR和ABP的增高与睾酮水平下降所引起的反馈性调节有关,可视为机体的代偿适应性变化.
The rabbit model of vas deferens ligation was made by Japanese white rabbits. The rats were divided into VG6 and VG25 groups (VG6 and VG25) and sham operation group (SOG6 and SOG25) for 6 and 25 months. The testicular vasoconstriction (AR) and androgen binding protein (ABP) .Results: The plasma testosterone levels in vas deferens in June were significantly decreased, LH levels were significantly increased (P <0.05), and the results of VG25 were not significantly different from the control group (P> 0.05) .The vasectomy had no effect on the affinity of testicular AR and ABP, and increased the maximum binding capacity of VG6AR and ABP.The above results indicated that the feedback regulation caused by the increase of AR and ABP and the decrease of testosterone in the early stage of ligation Related, can be regarded as compensatory changes in the body compensatory.
