大豆蚜虫(Aphis glycines Matsumura)是世界大豆的主要虫害之一.利用抗源材料选育抗蚜虫品种成为防治大豆蚜虫的最为可行的方法.本文对引进在美国已鉴定为抗蚜的5份大豆资源PI567543C、PI567541B、PI567598B、ML2008和A32-2进行田间网室鉴定.结果表明:在吉林省的网室鉴定中,PI567541B、ML2008和A32-2均为感蚜材料;PI567543C和PI567598B为抗东北大豆蚜材料,可用于大豆抗蚜性育种工作中进行组配,其中PI567543C抗蚜性最强,极显著好于国内野生大豆抗蚜材料W85-32.“,”Soybean aphid (Aphis glycines Matsumura) is one of the most harmful pest insect in the world.It is practical way to control soybean aphids by using the aphid resistant plants.The aphid resistance of the five aphid resistance plants PI567543C,PI567541B,PI567598B,ML2008 and A32-2,which were introduced from USA,was tested in net house at Gongzhuling,Jilin Province.The results showed that PI567541,ML2008 and A32-2 were susceptible.PI567543C and PI567598B were resistant to soybean aphid and they can be used in aphid resistant soybean breeding.PI567543C was the most resistant,and its resistance was better than W85-32,a wild aphid resistant material in China.
