油田注水开发是提高原油采收率的重要手段,注水“分得清、注得好、注得够”成为油田注水技术人员的奋斗目标,注水分层合格率是衡量注水质量的关键指标,是保证开发效果的重要依据。针对目前吐哈西部油田注水工艺自身现状,提出“向日常管理要技术”的具体思路,从影响分层异常注水井出现原因入手,认真分析现场管理过程中分层注水井压力变化、井下管柱故障、水嘴状况及其他一些直接影响合格率的因素,做到具体问题具体分析,对类似异常井的各个环节引起注意,加大分析、处理的力度,从而减少异常井数,进一步提高分层注水合格率,在近5年的现场应用与总结中取得较好的应用效果。

Column failure, tap conditions and other factors that directly affect the passing rate, so as to make concrete analysis on specific problems, pay attention to all aspects of similar abnormal wells, and increase the intensity of analysis and treatment so as to reduce the number of abnormal wells and further improve Stratified water injection pass rate, field application and summary in the past 5 years to obtain better application results.
