为了研究防爆柴油机废气处理箱的结构对尾气冷却效果的影响,建立未加装挡板和加装挡板的2种不同结构的废气处理箱的二维内部两相流模型;采用Fluent软件对这2种模型进行数值模拟,研究他们的降温性能和压力损失;对4种不同尺寸的挡板进行模拟分析,研究挡板对废气处理箱的降温性能和压降的影响。结果表明,废气处理箱加装适当宽度的挡板后,最终的排气温度得到很好的冷却,满足废气处理箱的设计要求,但是会增加废气处理箱整体的压降;在保证废气处理箱最终排气温度满足设计要求的情况下,加装宽度为6 mm挡板的废气处理箱的整体压降最低,对防爆柴油机的综合性能影响最小。
In order to study the effect of the structure of the exhaust gas treatment box on the exhaust gas cooling effect, two-dimensional internal two-phase flow model of two different kinds of exhaust gas treatment box with or without baffle and baffle was established.
