教练员的自身专业素质是教学质量的关键。在教学过程中不仅要确保学员与自身的安全,还要将安全意识在学员心中扎根,将文明行车、在行车过程中遵守道德规范和行车前检查车况等良好行为准则言传身教,使学员养成安全行车、文明行车的良好习惯。教练员在教学过程中还要保障学员安全,及时发现并制止学员的开车陋习。将教学事业当成自己不断进步学习的事业,不能思想麻痹、停滞不前、将教学过程简化。只有教练员自身专业素质过硬,才能保证教出的学员能够在今后的行车过程中的安全,以免发生交通事故,给国家及家庭带来巨大损失,影响学员今后的驾车信心。
