利用Eu3+ 和Tb3+ 一对三价稀土离子之间电子组态具有共轭性的特征 ,双掺到同一基质中 ,由于电子转移 ,部分Eu3+ 转换成Eu2 + ,使发红光的Eu3+ 、发绿光的Tb3+ 和发蓝光的Eu2 + 共存于同一体系。在空气气氛中合成了单基双掺稀土三基色荧光粉CaBPO5 ∶Eu ,Tb。研究了2 5 4和 3 65nm激发下荧光体的发射特性。在双掺体系中引入Ce3+ ,由于Ce3+ 的敏化作用增强了Eu2 + ,Tb3+ 的发光强度。讨论了Ce3+ 的敏化机制。
Eu3 + and Tb3 + a pair of trivalent rare earth ions with conjugate electronic configuration characteristics, double doped into the same matrix, due to electron transfer, some Eu3 + into Eu2 +, make red Eu3, green light Tb3 + and blue Eu2 + coexist in the same system. Synthesis of single-base and double-doped rare earth trichromatic phosphor CaBPO5: Eu, Tb in air atmosphere. The emission characteristics of phosphors excited by 2 5 4 and 3 65 nm were studied. The introduction of Ce3 + in the dual-doped system enhances the luminescence intensity of Eu2 + and Tb3 + due to the sensitization of Ce3 +. The sensitization mechanism of Ce3 + is discussed.
