【餐饮】禁止设置最低消费从11月1日起,由商务部和国家发改委联合发布的《餐饮业经营管理办法(试行)》正式实施。《办法》明确规定,餐饮经营者不得设置最低消费,违规者最高可被罚3万元。《办法》规定,餐饮经营者开展促销活动的,应当明示促销内容,包括促销原因、促销方式、促销规则、促销期限、促销商品的范围,以及相关限制性条件。此外,提供外送服务的餐饮经营者,应当建立健全相应的服务流程,并明示提供外送服务的时间、外送范围以及收费标准;根据消费者订单和食品安全要求,选择适当的交通工具、设备,按时、按质、按量送达消费者,并提供相应的单据。
