近日,笔者在采访中闻听有些基层单位负责人说,企业内部经过多年开展提质降本增效活动,现已到无潜力可挖了的地步了;有的员工认为,我们平时在提质降本增效上付出许多,企业得到了效益,而我们回报无几。笔者认为,企业要想立于不败之地,不仅要时时处处高度重视提质降本增效工作,还应把这项工作作为企业发展永恒的主题。 Recently, I heard in the interview some grassroots units responsible person said that after many years of internal quality and efficiency improvement activities, has now reached the point where there is no potential to dig up; and some employees think that we usually improve We have paid a lot for cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and our enterprises have benefited.
