这是我市一家具有八十年历史的国有大型企业,在激烈的市场竞争中,效益持续滑坡,日显疲态,改制势在必行。这次大的变革,没有现成的模式,一切都要摸索着进行。但不幸的是,因种种原因,改制进行半个月便告暂停。这次“流产”的改制,尽管有诸多原因,但它给了我们一个启示:我们的一切经济行为,都要符合国家法律、符合经济规律,劳资双方的权益必须相互平等。
This is a large state-owned enterprise with a history of over 80 years in the city. In the fierce market competition, the efficiency has continued to decline, and it has become increasingly weak. It is imperative to reform the system. There is no ready-made model for this big change, and everything must be groped. Unfortunately, due to various reasons, the reforms were suspended for half a month. Although there are many reasons for the restructuring of this “miscarriage”, it has given us an inspiration: All our economic behavior must comply with the laws of the country and with the economic laws. The rights and interests of the employers and employees must be equal.
