随着新课程改革的不断深入,课堂延伸已经成为课堂教学中的重要环节。在科学课的教学中,给学生设计家庭小实验就是延伸课堂教学的一种。怎样为学生设计家庭小实验才能真正起到延伸课堂教学,培养学生探究科学的能力,提高学生科学素养的作用呢?通过多年在教学中的探索与反复应用,我认为设计家庭小实验在充分考虑小学生年龄特征和学习特征的基础上,还应注意以下几个问题。1.把实验设计安排在学生既熟悉又陌生的状态中,激发出学生的实验欲望。即实验中所涉及到的的事物,是学生有所熟知的,但又不知其中所包含的科学道理。例如,在煮面条的水里加少量食醋;加少量碱;什么也不加;煮出来
