国务院通知:“近几年来,国家收购农产品实行奖售一部分物资的办法,对于促进农业生产的发展,调动生产队和社员交售农产品的积极性,保证国家农产品收购任务的完成起了一定作用。但是,在物资分配上,也使地区之间,社、队之间增加了一些不平衡现象。随着工、农业生产的日益好转,工农业产品的增加,市场情况的日益改善,敞开供应的商品日益增多,奖售的范围应该逐渐缩小,奖售的标准应该逐步降低,奖售的办法也应该适当简化。”现在根据上述通知精神,结合我省具体情况,将我省一九六四年度一部分农产品收购的奖售范围和奖售标准,作如下通知:
