实现铀矿业可持续发展是我国面临的紧迫问题。根据我国铀矿业特点以及影响铀矿资源可持续开发的现实因素,确定本系统要素体系设计的原则,分析基于循环经济的铀矿业可持续发展系统模式,并在此基础上构建基于循环经济铀矿业可持续发展系统要素体系,即从规划、技术、管理和要素评价系统构建基于循环经济铀矿业可持续发展系统要素体系,保障铀矿业规划设计、生产、协调和监控的科学化,以期实现资源、环境、经济和社会的可持续发展。
