随着多联机的广泛使用,多联机配管长度对机组性能的影响成为业内人士关注的问题。配管长度的增加,虽然可以扩大多联机的作用域,但是同样带来了回油困难、制冷量衰减和系统需充注大量制冷剂的问题,造成了多联机在理论上具有节能潜力,而在实际使用中未必有效的现象。本文就机组配管长度对机组的影响进行了理论分析计算,讨论了多联机的经济配管长度。
With the extensive use of multi-line, the impact of multi-line pipe length on unit performance has become a concern in the industry. The increase of the piping length can expand the scope of multi-connection, but it also brings the problems of oil return, attenuation of cooling capacity and large amount of refrigerant to be charged in the system, resulting in the theoretic energy saving potential of multi-connection. The actual use may not be valid phenomenon. In this paper, the influence of the unit piping length on the unit is analyzed and calculated theoretically, and the length of the economic piping of the multi-unit is discussed.
