双孢蘑菇大田中棚地栽已在我省推广三千多亩,成为蘑菇主要栽培方式之一。本文报道该菇大田中棚地栽高产高效的理论依据:主要是温度和湿度较符合出菇要求,尤其是出菇后期中棚内白天温度达10℃以上的时数比菇房平均多4小时,从而增加后期产量;出菇后几乎不需喷水,就能达到出菇时对空气湿度和覆土湿度的要求,因此,苗丝伤害少;培养料的湿度比较适宜,菌丝处于活跃生长状态,因此中棚内温、湿度较佳,从而表现为高产高效,而常规菇房保温保湿差,后期温度不合适,湿度也失去平衡,因此产量和效益均较低.
