补体激活引起的中性粒细胞(PMN)聚集在微血管内形成栓子阻滞血流,井释放溶酶体酶损伤组织,是发生体克和多器官衰竭的一个重要原因。我们用青藤碱预处理大鼠PMN,发现可抑制酵母多糖活化血浆(ZAP)引起的PMN激活时的形态学改变和溶酶体酶释放。细胞仍呈球形,皱折不增多,无伪足形成、聚集较少。PMN上清液内弹性蛋白酶和N—乙酰—β—D葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)含量增加较少。提示青藤碱在体克和器官损害中可能有保护作用。
Neutrophil (PMN) caused by complement activation accumulates in the microvessels to form emboli to block blood flow. Wells release lysosomal enzyme to damage tissues, which is an important cause of body gram and multi-organ failure. We used rat sinomenine to pretreat PMN and found that it can inhibit morphological changes and lysosomal enzyme release caused by PMN activation induced by zymosan activated plasma (ZAP). Cells are still spherical, wrinkles do not increase, no pseudo-foot formation, less aggregation. The PMN supernatant contained less elastase and N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosidase (NAG) content. It is suggested that sinomenine may have protective effects on body gram and organ damage.
