大多数学者指出当窝洞底距牙髓有足够的牙本质时,复合树脂仅引起轻度到中度的牙髓反应,只有在深洞时才会产生严重反应。Sachs(1972)在评述中指出:复合树脂对牙髓显然是无害的。本文就复合树脂对分别用或不用氢氧化钙作基的牙髓反应进行研究。利用矫正需要而拔除的9个患者的无龋前磨牙共28只作研究。在每只牙齿上作一2×4×1.5毫米深的V类洞制备,使窝洞底距牙髓在2毫米内。其中5例在窝洞制备后直接用Adaptic,Addent或Blendant等复合树脂充填,或用氧化锌丁香油充填作对照。另4例在充填前先用氢氧化钙(Dycal)作
Most scholars pointed out that when the bottom of the nest cavity has sufficient dentin from the pulp, the composite resin only caused mild to moderate pulp reaction, and only in deep holes will have a serious reaction.
